About Child Abuse
Child abuse is an epidemic that exists in every corner of the country and in every socioeconomic environment. And while there are close to one million confirmed victims of maltreatment each year*, most cases of abuse and neglect are never reported to governmental authorities.
Research shows that child maltreatment can have negative effects that can last a lifetime. However, child abuse is preventable. The All-Star Children's Foundation is determined to break the cycle of child abuse. There is a solution: prevention, education and treatment.
